Have you noticed that one wine is starting to taste like the next one, or is it the fault of my taste buds?  The Australian wine “engineers” have been at it for years now, making acceptable sipping wines with the latest technology, but in doing so making wine homogenized and with less and less individual character.  Welcome to globalization.
