If Jesus was the Son of God and the all-knowing God created Heaven and the Earth, choosing man above all animals on the Earth, why did he say nothing about DNA, dinosaurs, gravity, the fact that the earth revolves around the Sun and a thousand other things. He could have saved 2000 years of hard work, ignorance and superstition.
This is of course, nonsense. It isn’t clear where this quotation came from, but it is bound to infuriate all Christians. It completely misunderstands the purpose of Jesus’s appearance on this Earth. Typical of the unforgivably pragmatic views of sceptics, if you ask me. If everything had been made clear and all the answers had been given long ago, we wouldn’t need priests or expensive church real estate.
