All is not lost.   Washington and its self-important Imperial executives might be dead serious.  Some might even be serious and competent be (but not many, at  least, not in the Administration).  But failing competence, we at least can look forward to a possible amusing incident for a change.  Meet the probable next leader of poor old Turkmenistan.  All Turkmenistan has left going for it, after being run by another complete incompetent,  is a new putative leader who glories in the name Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov.  Small boys will have a field day.  I can’t wait for him to pay an official visit to Washington and be addressed in public for all to see by the President of the United States,  using his proper, poetic name: Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov.
