Chocolate and red wine

Now researchers at Johns Hopkins tell us that, after all, the resveritrol in red wine, and dark chocolate, do nothing whatsoever to ward off heart disease or cancer!

I wish they would make up their minds. All I can say is that red wine and dark chocolate do me a world of good, and if this is all in the mind, so be it! Epicurus would quite definitely advocate eating and drinking what you like, but in moderation. (now where did I leave that second bar of that Lindt Sea Salt dark chocolate?)
